Service First was built around a simple idea: put service first.
We're a locally owned and operated HVAC company serving Central Ohio, and we believe taking care of our customers starts with taking care of our team. That means quality workmanship, honest recommendations, treating homeowners with respect, and creating a workplace where our employees are respected too.
We aren't interested in turning technicians into high-pressure salespeople. Our customers call us because they want an experienced professional they can trust. We diagnose the problem, explain the options, and help the homeowner make the decision that's right for them.
We want technicians who take pride in troubleshooting, repairing equipment correctly, sharpening their skills, and leaving customers feeling confident about the service they received. Good technicians shouldn't have to sell something a customer doesn't need in order to be successful here.
